I received very good care while in hospital (Japonica ward) and this has continued since my return home after being discharged.
The COPE team staff have made a major contribution to my recovery, which would have been much slower without their invaluable help.
Suggested improvements
I do not think the standard of care that I have experienced from the COPE team since my discharge from hospital could have been improved upon; each member of the team that visited me at home was extremely helpful and pleasant, I could not have asked for more.
